Real food from a real family in Floresville, Texas.

Welcome to Stuart Family Farms.
We're Victor E. Stuart and Marsha A. Stuart, proud Native Texans who have lived in Texas our whole lives and have been married since 1992. Family, good food, and country living have always been a big part of our lives, and Stuart Family Farms grew from those simple roots.
Located in Floresville, Texas, we make homemade jams, pickles, pickled eggs, pickled vegetables, salsa, sauces, and soup and meal mixes — all in small batches with fresh ingredients and lots of care. Most of our recipes started in our own kitchen and are the same foods we serve to our family and friends.
We're also excited to be raising Coturnix quail on the farm. We offer fresh quail eggs, hatching eggs, quail meat, and live birds.
From our family to yours — thank you.

This started the way the best things do.
It started in a kitchen, with a recipe worth keeping and a jar that was too good not to share.
Victor and Marsha have been homesteading on their property in Floresville for years, raising animals, tending their land, and making food the way it was always meant to be made — from scratch, with ingredients you can actually recognize. One jar led to another, and Stuart Family Farms was born.
Food should be personal, not processed.
The why.
The grocery store shelf is full of options. What it's short on is care. Most of what's out there is made to last forever, travel thousands of miles, and appeal to everyone — which usually means it doesn't actually taste like much of anything.
That's not what we're interested in making. Every batch is small, intentional, and built on the belief that the best food is food with a story behind it. Real strawberries in the jam. Real cucumbers in the pickles. When you buy a jar from us, you're buying something somebody actually cared about making.
