The use of "we, us, our, and company" refers to Stuart Family Farms LLC. We stand behind every jar that leaves our kitchen. If something isn't right with your order, we want to make it right.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at marsha@stuartfamilyfarms.com or 210-219-8426. Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a refund.
Perishable & food items
Because we ship food products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for health and safety reasons. Unopened, shelf-stable items in their original packaging may be eligible for return on a case-by-case basis when reported within 14 days of delivery.
Order cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may follow the damaged or defective item process above if the order arrives in unsatisfactory condition.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically post within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Local pickup orders
Local pickup orders that are not collected within the agreed window may be canceled and refunded at our discretion, less a restocking fee where applicable.
